Ripple-unterstütztes Evernorth reicht S-4-Formular bei US-SEC ein, um SPAC-Fusionslisting voranzutreiben

Gate News Nachrichten, 19. März: Das von Ripple unterstützte Krypto-Unternehmen Evernorth gab bekannt, dass es bei der US-Börsenaufsichtsbehörde (SEC) eine S-4-Registrierungsanmeldung eingereicht hat, die sich auf die zuvor angekündigte Fusion mit dem von Arrington Capital geförderten SPAC-Unternehmen Armada Acquisition Corp. II bezieht. Nach Abschluss der Fusion soll Evernorth zu einem an der NASDAQ gelisteten XRP-Tresorunternehmen werden. Bereits im Oktober letzten Jahres kündigte Evernorth an, in den USA gelistet zu werden und über 1 Milliarde US-Dollar zu sammeln, um XRP-Token zu horten.
