SK Hynix plant Börsengang in den USA mit ADR, plant Mittelbeschaffung von 10 bis 15 Billionen Won

Gate News Nachrichten, am 23. März plant SK Hynix die Ausgabe neuer Aktien und die Notierung von ADRs (American Depositary Receipts) in den USA, mit einem Emissionsvolumen von etwa 2,4 % des Gesamtaktienkapitals, voraussichtlich 10 bis 15 Billionen Won. Die Erlöse sollen hauptsächlich in die Erweiterung der Hochbandbreiten-Speicher (HBM) Produktion und den Aufbau eines RISC-V Halbleiterclusters investiert werden, um seine führende Position im globalen KI-Halbleitermarkt zu festigen. SK Group-Chef Choi Tae-yoon hat bereits auf der Nvidia GTC 2026 Entwicklerkonferenz öffentlich angekündigt, die ADR-Notierung voranzutreiben.
