Gate News Nachrichten, am 23. März kündigte das an der NASDAQ gelistete Bitcoin Treasury-Unternehmen Empery Digital an, 4.638.219 Stammaktien zu einem Preis von 5,39 USD pro Aktie zu verkaufen, um 25 Millionen USD zu beschaffen. Außerdem wurden 4.638.219 Warrants zum Kauf von Stammaktien mit einer Laufzeit von vier Jahren ab Ausgabedatum ausgegeben. Das neue Kapital soll zur Rückzahlung von Rückkaufkrediten verwendet werden. Empery Digital gab außerdem bekannt, dass es letzte Woche 63 Bitcoins zu einem Durchschnittspreis von 72.791 USD verkauft hat, wodurch sich die Gesamtbestände auf etwa 3.439 Bitcoins verringert haben.
