Unitree Robotics H1 robot refreshes the world record for the 100-meter speed of humanoid robots, with a peak speed of 10 meters per second

Gate News message, on April 12, Unitree Technology announced that its H1 robot set a new world record for the 100-meter sprint run speed in humanoid robot testing. The video shows that in this test, the H1 robot’s measured peak speed reached 10 meters per second. For comparison, the speed of current men’s 100-meter world record holder Usain Bolt is 9.58 seconds (10.44 meters per second). In March this year, Unitree Technology’s founder Wang Xingxing said at the Yabuli Forum, “By the middle of this year, China’s humanoid robots’ 100-meter dash will break through the 10-second barrier and surpass Bolt.”
