Natures Miracle Holding Inc. (NMHI), ein an der NASDAQ notiertes Unternehmen, das im Bereich des Bitcoin-Minings tätig ist, gab bekannt, dass es eine Finanzierungsvereinbarung von bis zu 2 Millionen US-Dollar (mit einem anfänglichen Finanzierungsbetrag von 600.000 US-Dollar) von Big Lake Capital getroffen hat. NMHI trat Ende letzten Jahres in den Bitcoin-Mining-Markt ein, indem es eine Mehrheitsbeteiligung am Bitcoin-Miner J&Y Marigold für einen Gesamtkaufpreis von 5,32 Millionen US-Dollar erwarb, und seine Bitcoin-Mining-Anlage wird voraussichtlich in der ersten Hälfte des Jahres 2025 in Betrieb gehen.
