Another on-chain turmoil. A leading supported DeFi project has recently frozen the address of a well-known investor due to the transfer of 9 million WLFI tokens. The situation is quite outrageous – this investor previously invested 75 million dollars to support the project, and now they have been blacklisted.

According to on-chain data tracking, the value of the frozen tokens has shrunk by about $60 million within three months. Although the parties involved deny any wrongdoing, the project team still has not lifted the restrictions. Since its launch in September, the price of WLFI has dropped by more than 40%. This situation is not new in the Decentralized Finance field, but such a large-scale freezing of funds and evaporation of value has sparked considerable discussion. Investors are beginning to reflect on whether the governance risks of this type are more concerning than previously expected.

Invested 75 million and the opposite position is frozen, how ironic this is... Is this the "Decentralization" of DeFi?

Oh my, 75 million poured in and the take the opposite position is frozen, how speechless... The project party in the DeFi really dares, freezing just like that, the contract is the law, right? Falling 40% and still refusing to admit there's a problem, this operation is incredible. So this is how it goes in our circle, Large Investors all have to be governed, to be honest, we need to be careful.

The investor who invested 75 million has been frozen, this project is really ridiculous... The governance of DeFi is like this, it seems it's time to change the illusion of "Decentralization" How can there still be people believing in this trap, once on the blacklist, it's all over Well now, another textbook case of rug risk.

Putting in 75 million and still being frozen, isn't this the most ridiculous part of Decentralized Finance?

75 million thrown in and take the opposite position is more outrageous than I had underestimated.
