Meitu (01357) has issued a clarification announcement regarding certain online forum posts and a temporary suspension of trading, stating that it has noticed recent online forum posts mentioning unpublished information related to the company’s performance for the fiscal year ending December 2025, which constitutes inside information. The company clarifies that the annual results are still subject to approval by the board of directors at the meeting on March 27.

The company’s shares have been temporarily suspended from trading pending the release of the annual results for this period tomorrow.
