The proposed name of the joint venture is Shanghai Tianxing Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (tentative name; the final name will be subject to approval and registration by the market supervision authority).
The announcement shows that Xingyuan Enterprise Management is controlled by Gao Jifan, the actual controller of Trina Solar; Xingyao Enterprise Management is a employee shareholding platform for the proposed joint venture, with employees serving as executive partners. The platform is still in the process of establishment; the company name is tentative, and the final name will be subject to approval and registration by the market supervision authority. Trina Technology plans to invest no more than 45 million yuan from its own funds, accounting for 45% of the registered capital of the joint venture.
