The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has established the Innovation Task Force (Innovation Task Force) to develop a clear regulatory framework for derivatives. The initiative aims to support companies working with new technologies in the U.S. financial markets. This includes, in particular, crypto assets, blockchain, artificial intelligence, and other innovative solutions. The statement says that the task force will operate in partnership with the Advisory Committee on Innovation. Together, they will collaborate to shape a regulatory approach in three key segments: crypto assets and blockchain technology; artificial intelligence and autonomous systems; prediction markets and event contracts.
