Abstract generation in progress

Mars Finance news March 27, local time March 26, OpenAI announced that its ChatGPT advertising pilot project launched in the U.S. has generated over $100 million in annualized revenue in six weeks. The project began displaying ads to free and Go subscription users in the U.S. starting in January, with ads isolated from generated content and not sharing user conversations. Currently, about 85% of users are eligible to see the ads, but the daily display rate is less than 20%. The company has attracted over 600 advertisers, and nearly 80% of small and medium-sized enterprises have expressed interest. The new global advertising head, David Dugan, previously served as a senior executive at Meta. OpenAI plans to expand testing to countries such as Australia, New Zealand, and Canada within a few weeks. (Wide Angle Observation)
