On March 27, Hailan Home Group Co., Ltd. released its 2025 annual report. During the reporting period, the company achieved operating revenue of 21.626 billion yuan, up 3.19% year over year; net profit attributable to shareholders of 2.166 billion yuan, up 0.34% year over year; net cash flow from operating activities of 4.482 billion yuan, up 93.46% year over year; basic earnings per share of 0.45 yuan, with a proposed cash dividend of 4.10 yuan (including tax) for every 10 shares to all shareholders.

During the reporting period, Hailan Home’s main brand generated revenue of 14.903 billion yuan; revenue from its group-purchasing and customized business was 2.711 billion yuan, up 21.94%; and revenue from other brands was 3.447 billion yuan, up 29.18%.

In terms of R&D, the company’s full-year R&D investment was 212 million yuan. It rolled out a series of products centered on functional technology and fashion trends, built the Cloud Service Laboratory to drive innovation in fabrics and intelligent manufacturing, and jointly established R&D platforms with institutions such as Tsinghua University, Donghua University, and others.

On channel development, the company promoted coordinated growth across all channels. At the end of the period, the total number of stores across all brands was 7,330, including 5,625 stores for the main brand; the number of net additional company-operated stores increased by 161 to 1,629, accounting for 28.96%. Online channels achieved main business revenue of 4.435 billion yuan, while offline sales revenue was 16.627 billion yuan. The overseas market expanded steadily. Full-year overseas revenue was 453 million yuan, up 27.70% year over year. The total number of overseas stores was 147. During the year, it opened its first stores successively in Sydney, Australia, and Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.
