Yingshi Innovation Securities Department responds to DJI's infringement lawsuit: Currently confirming with the Legal Department
On March 23, regarding the patent infringement lawsuit involving DJI suing Yingshi Innovation that was reported in the media today, Caixin Global, acting as an investor, contacted Yingshi Innovation’s securities department. A staff member responded that the relevant information has already been noted, and that they are currently confirming with the company’s legal department. If there are related developments and they meet the disclosure standards, they will disclose them to the public.
It is understood that recently, DJI officially filed a lawsuit against Yingshi Innovation in the Intermediate People’s Court of Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province. The case involves six issues related to disputes over patent ownership. Several of DJI’s core R&D personnel have been alleged to have participated. This is DJI’s first time bringing a dispute over patent ownership in China. The court has already formally accepted the case. (Caixin Global)
