On April 3, administrative penalty information disclosed by the Shaoxing Regulatory Branch of the National Financial Regulatory Administration showed that China Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited’s Shaoxing Branch was fined 3.6 million yuan and had illegal proceeds of 4,127.74 yuan confiscated due to major violations and irregularities including loans being misappropriated and loan management being imprudent. The relevant responsible persons, Yu Defeng, Yang Keke, Shen Jianqiang, Zhao Huabiao, Wang Ying, Tang Jinxian, and Guo Shiqing, were warned.
