Rayls opens RLS for claiming! Trading goes live on Gate, endorsed by the Central Bank of Brazil.

Rayls Labs announced on December 2nd that RLS Token is now available for claiming. Users can claim it through the public claiming page, and investors who participated in the private sale on the Republic platform can go to the exclusive private sale page to claim their unlocked shares. RLS has started spot trading on the Gate exchange and launched a savings bank activity with a total prize pool of up to 1,000,000 RLS. The project has also been adopted in the pilot of the Central Bank's CBDC in Brazil.

Rayls Dual Pipeline Distribution Mechanism Explained

Rayls open to receive RLS Token

The RLS Token distribution, which opens on December 2, is divided into two independent channels to ensure that both public participants and private sale investors can smoothly obtain the tokens. The public claim page is open to all eligible users, including early community members, ecosystem contributors, and users who have participated in the testnet or incentive programs. These users need to confirm their identity by connecting their wallets and completing KYC verification. The system will automatically calculate the amount of RLS that can be claimed based on the user's participation history.

Investors participating in private sales through the Republic platform can go to the exclusive private sale page to claim their unlocked shares. Private investors typically face token vesting terms, which means that their tokens will be unlocked in batches according to a predetermined schedule. According to Rayls' token allocation structure, 22% of the tokens belong to investors, and these tokens usually have a lock-up period of 12 to 24 months and a linear unlocking mechanism to prevent large-scale selling pressure in the early market.

This dual-channel design reflects Rayls' refined management of different participant groups. The public distribution mechanism ensures that the community and early supporters can immediately obtain tokens and participate in trading, while the vesting terms for private sale investors protect market stability and avoid the common “dumping upon listing” issue seen in traditional ICOs or token issuances. For users wishing to participate in RLS trading, the spot trading launched on Gate on December 1 provides an immediate entry opportunity.

Rayls Core Technology: Hybrid Architecture Reshaping Financial Infrastructure

Rayls Core Technology

Rayls' positioning goes far beyond that of a typical blockchain project. Its core mission is to solve a fundamental paradox: how to meet the stringent requirements for privacy, compliance, and security demanded by financial institutions while unleashing the efficiency, openness, and composability of DeFi. To achieve this goal, Rayls has constructed a unique hybrid architecture that includes three core components:

Rayls public chain: An EVM-compatible blockchain that requires no permission, offering deterministic finality and stable fuel fees pegged to the US dollar, eliminating the traditional financial industry's concerns about volatility. This means that enterprise users can accurately predict transaction costs without worrying about budget overruns caused by sudden spikes in Gas fees.

Rayls Privacy Node: Financial institutions (such as banks and payment institutions) can deploy private and high-performance EVM chains for handling sensitive operations such as credit settlement and accounts receivable tokenization, with transaction speeds exceeding 10,000 per second. This design allows banks to maintain internal business privacy while still being able to interoperate with public chains when needed.

Enygma Protocol: A quantum secure privacy layer driven by zero-knowledge proofs and homomorphic encryption, supporting confidential settlements and “payment delivery” transactions, providing institutional-grade data protection. This technology ensures that even on public blockchains, sensitive transaction information remains encrypted and is only visible to authorized parties.

In simple terms, Rayls is not about overthrowing banks, but rather “connecting banks to the blockchain,” providing them with a “dedicated track” that maintains the privacy and compliance of internal business processes while also tapping into global on-chain liquidity. This pragmatic positioning allows Rayls to stand out among numerous blockchain projects, as it actively embraces and serves the traditional financial system rather than opposing it.

Institutional Adoption Verification: From Concept to Practical Implementation

The charm of Rayls lies in its transcendence beyond the theoretical stage, having gained validation and practical application from top global financial institutions. The Central Bank of Brazil adopted Rayls' privacy solution in its Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) pilot project DREX, which serves as an important endorsement of its technological reliability and compliance. The central bank-level adoption signifies that Rayls has passed extremely rigorous security audits and regulatory reviews.

JPMorgan's Onyx/Kinexys has recognized Rayls as the top privacy blockchain in the institutional finance sector by 2025. Onyx is JPMorgan's blockchain division, focusing on wholesale payments and securities settlement. This recognition is not only an honor but also signifies that one of the world's largest banks may integrate Rayls into its financial infrastructure in the future.

Key financial infrastructure partners include Núclea, which tokenizes thousands of commercial receivables weekly, with on-chain settlement amounts exceeding $50 million. Cielo, the largest payment acquirer in Latin America, has also integrated Rayls for merchant settlement, aiming for full production by the third quarter of 2025. Cielo handles a massive transaction volume, and its full adoption will bring significant transaction volume and fee revenue to the Rayls network.

In addition, Rayls is collaborating with top interoperability protocols like LayerZero to connect over 120 blockchains, facilitating the free flow of stablecoins, CBDCs, and tokenized assets across different networks. These solid partnerships and use cases establish a real-world demand foundation for the value of the RLS Token.

RLS Token Economics and Ecological Role

Rayls RLS Token Economics

RLS is the ERC-20 functional Token in the Rayls ecosystem, with a total supply fixed at 100 billion pieces. Its distribution emphasizes long-term ecological construction rather than short-term speculation: 50% is allocated to the community and ecosystem, 22% belongs to investors, 18% is for contributors, and 10% is reserved for technology providers. In the ecosystem, RLS plays multiple key roles:

Staking and Governance: Validators and delegators maintain network security and participate in governance decisions by staking RLS. The staking mechanism not only ensures network security but also provides stable returns for holders, reducing the circulating supply in the market.

Infrastructure and Settlement Fees: Institutional users need to pay RLS to execute on-chain transactions and settlement operations. When large payment institutions such as Cielo are fully online, millions of transactions daily will continue to consume RLS, creating real demand.

Ecosystem Rewards: Developers and early adopters can receive subsidies and liquidity rewards in the form of RLS. This incentive mechanism accelerates the expansion of the ecosystem, attracting more dApps and protocols to be deployed on Rayls.

Proof-of-Usage: The system measures on-chain activities in real-time by tracking the consumption of RLS, providing transparent indicators for ecosystem adoption. Investors can evaluate the actual adoption progress of Rayls by observing PoU data.

RLS Price Prediction and Risk Assessment

In the short term, the launch on Gate on December 1st is an important catalyst. Gate has launched a savings bank activity with a total prize pool of up to 1,000,000 RLS, which is expected to attract market attention and capital inflow in the early stages. In addition, Coinbase has officially included RLS in its listing roadmap. Although the final listing is not guaranteed, it has significantly enhanced the project's market visibility and expectations.

The medium to long-term price trend will be more closely linked to the actual adoption rate of the Rayls network and the growth of institutional business. Based on growth model forecasts, if estimated with an annual growth rate of about 5%, the RLS price may reach around 1.10 USD by 2026, about 1.16 USD by 2027, and could touch around 1.34 USD by 2030. A more optimistic vision predicts that with large-scale adoption by institutions, RLS is expected to challenge 2.67 USD by the end of 2025 and reach 4.5 USD or even higher by 2030.

Core Influencing Factors Include

· Institutional Landing Progress (Cielo Payment Network Fully Launched, Collaboration with More Tier-One Banks)

· Exchange expansion (successfully listed on mainstream CEX)

· Overall market environment (bull and bear cycles of the cryptocurrency market)

· Regulatory Dynamics (Global Regulatory Policies on Tokenized Assets and Blockchain Finance)
