Bitcoin financial company Zeta Network raises $10 million through a share offering

Gate News Report, March 11 — Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin financial company Zeta Network announced that it has signed a securities purchase agreement to raise $10 million through the issuance of convertible promissory notes and warrants. The initial tranche of funds is $6 million, with the remaining funds expected to be delivered by May 12. Zeta Network is currently developing an institutional financial platform centered around Bitcoin, integrating digital asset fund management, Bitcoin liquidity aggregation, and Bitcoin mining operations.
