Gate News reports that on March 12, according to CoinGlass data, the total liquidation amount in the cryptocurrency market over the past 24 hours reached $174 million, including $92.23 million in long positions and $81.54 million in short positions. Bitcoin (BTC) liquidation amounted to $60.79 million (longs $34.33 million, shorts $26.47 million), and Ethereum (ETH) liquidation was $47.73 million (longs $21.81 million, shorts $25.92 million). Over the past 24 hours, a total of 75,190 traders were liquidated, with the largest single liquidation occurring on Hyperliquid's BTC-USD trading pair, valued at $4.24 million.
