Bernstein analysts believe that the recent 20% drop in Circle’s stock price has been overinterpreted, as the Clarity Act’s restrictions on stablecoin yields mainly affect distributors, not issuers like Circle. They maintain that Circle’s reserve-based revenue model remains largely unaffected. Bitwise Chief Investment Officer Matt Hougan predicts that by 2030, Circle’s valuation could reach $75 billion. During the sell-off, Ark Invest bought $16 million worth of Circle stock. Additionally, Bhutan transferred approximately $37 million worth of 519.7 Bitcoin, which may indicate a selling activity; meanwhile, Bitmine purchased about $145 million worth of 67,111 Ethereum, continuing its active accumulation. South Korea experienced approximately $60 billion in cryptocurrency outflows in the second half of 2025, a 14% increase from the first half.
