Stablecoin Forex Trading Startup XFX Completes $17 Million Funding Round Led by Castle Island Ventures

Gate News reports that on March 26, the foreign exchange startup XFX, which supports stablecoin trading, announced the completion of $17 million in funding. Castle Island Ventures led the investment, with participation from Haun Ventures and an investment arm of a certain CEX. XFX co-founder and CEO Santiago Alvarado declined to disclose the valuation of this funding round. It is reported that in addition to allowing customers to exchange between stablecoins, XFX also enables customers to exchange three fiat currencies: USD, Mexican Peso, and Colombian Peso.
