BlockBeats message, April 1, according to Lookonchain monitoring, the U.S.-listed Bitcoin treasury company Empery Digital Inc. (EMPD) transferred its remaining 1,795 bitcoins (worth $122.53 million) to Gemini an hour ago, or is about to sell them.

Empery Digital previously announced that it would sell its bitcoin holdings and use the proceeds to fully repay its outstanding term loans. Since March 27, 2026, the company has accumulated sold 370 bitcoins at an average price of about $66,632 per coin, for total gross proceeds of about $24.7 million.
