Stablecoin card issuance platform Kulipa completes $6.2 million seed round financing

Gate News message: On April 2, stablecoin card issuing infrastructure platform Kulipa completed a $6.2 million seed round. Flourish Ventures and 1kx led the investment, with participation from White Star Capital and Fabric Ventures, among others. Kulipa founder and CEO Axel Cateland said this round closed in December 2025 and was conducted in the form of a Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFE). Previously, Kulipa raised a $3 million seed round in December 2024, co-led by Fabric Ventures and White Star Capital.
