Gate News message, April 10, 2025, SpaceX recorded nearly $5 billion in losses, mainly due to a sharp increase in AI-related infrastructure and computing capacity spending. SpaceX is accelerating its rollout of AI and high-performance computing capabilities, including data center construction and computing power procurement, to support its long-term strategy in satellite networks and automated systems, but high-intensity capital expenditures have significantly eroded profit performance in the short term.
