Recently, I noticed during currency exchange that the USDT to RMB exchange rate has dropped below 7. From the previous high of 7.4, it has fallen all the way down, a decline of over 5%. This round of adjustment has caused losses for many friends who were holding coins.
Do you remember the last time the USDT price hit a low of 5.8? That crash left the market wailing in misery. With the current trend, one can't help but wonder—will history repeat itself? After all, the "stability" of stablecoins is relative, and a 5% exchange rate fluctuation can have a significant impact on users with large holdings.
Market sentiment seems to be getting tense again.

I remember the 5.8 wave clearly, several of my friends got liquidated instantly.
From 7.4 down to 7, feels like it could keep dropping.
Stablecoins aren’t stable at all, they’re just tools to harvest retail investors.
People holding coins must be anxious right now, I’m also wondering if I should cut my losses.
If it breaks 7, so be it, it was bound to happen sooner or later.
This round of correction has just begun, don’t be too optimistic, everyone.

Here we go again, USDT price dropping below 7 and people still blaming everything but themselves.
Is the nightmare of 5.8 really about to repeat? Hold onto your wallets.
Stablecoins are anything but stable—they're just tools to fleece retail investors.
Those holding big positions are probably getting wrecked again this time...
A 5% exchange rate fluctuation doesn’t really matter to small retail investors like me—just here to watch the show.
Why is the market so nervous? We’re all going to lose anyway.
History repeats itself; I bet 5 bucks it’ll drop to just over 5.
How are there still people who believe in stablecoins? Hilarious.
Can’t even hold 7, how are we supposed to play this coin anymore?
Is it time for another round of stop-loss selling?

A 5% drop can make people cry; only those who have experienced big ups and downs truly understand.

It should have dropped a long time ago; it's been suppressed for so long.

I got liquidated in the 5.8 round, and now looking at this trend is giving me a bit of PTSD.
