Interpretation of this chart: The most important principle is "breakout, confirmation": 1. Left-side trading vs. right-side trading: Give up catching falling knives on the left side (guessing the bottom during a decline), and choose the right side (enter when a bottom pattern forms, holds, with a higher low, breakout, and the trend starts to turn upward).
2. It's better to buy a little higher than to miss the trend: Although the positions of "Buy here" and "Buy the breakout" are a bit higher than the lowest point, buying at this time is much safer because the market has already given a signal that the decline has stopped.
