Things I am watching onchain right now:

It's winter, it's cold and so the my day is spent working with a warm hot chocolate on my desk. Below are some things to keep you occupied onchain whilst you can sip your warm cuppa!

Out with the old in with the new? - $HYPE staking
- Kinetiq TGE means some folks are looking for new places to speculate on with their HYPE.
- Interestingly, timing wise, @ValantisLabs just announced their points programme. Naturally I think a shift will occur as users look to farm, loop and speculate here as the next venue for HYPE staking.

A new onchain ponzi? @banditsdotfun
- Been a while since I had fun in the 'trenches'. New game here where to buy the token $GOLD, you need to stake USDT to meet a minimum 10% CR. Some fun mechanics where slashing events occur (raids) and liquidations which are then distributed to existing holders.
- The fun part is the game theory of figuring out how much USDT to stake. Too little and you run the risk of being liquidated, especially as the price of $GOLD increases. Couple that with the decisions on when to sell - a very fun experiment that takes elements of 3,3/Olympus V1, DeFi food farms, lottery mechanics and game theory.

The yields are still high!
- Stablecoin farming still offer very competitive double digit yields, you just need to look. Fortunately, we'll be bringing this to many of you via @spreads_fi in the near future.
- The likes of @Neutrl. @USDai_Official, @strata_fi, @capmoney_ and @Theo_Network all offer double digit opportunities (our lovely friend @pendle_fi) that can be amplified via money markets.
- Perp vaults still continue to print - @nadoHQ is the flavour for now
- @yieldbasis has one of the best yield products in the market right now
- There are some novel DeFi innovations I will play around with too. An example being @OlympusDAO and convertible deposits
- @monad incentives are ongoing and still offer double digits

How to farm right now?
- Perps continue to be hot. You know the drill here already, come to @spreads_fi for cost efficient farming upside
- @tread_fi is one of the best ways to add volume to new perp markets particularly HIP3 markets
- There are a range of markets on @Polymarket with EOY expires that have a high likelihood of ending up in the money. These are mostly priced in and give a 3-7% ROI - considering we're already in December, annualised APR via these markets is pretty good and therefore can be considered for farming volume + yield.

- There's also some upcoming TGEs I'm watching - perhaps also will put this in a separate piece next week
