#数字资产市场洞察 The losses from a few days ago have finally been recovered. But greed took over again, and yesterday I took a tumble. Although the unrealized loss wasn't too big, that feeling—fear, cowardice, helplessness—came rushing back all at once.

Sitting in front of the screen watching the movements of $BTC and $ETH, I suddenly understood a harsh truth: the real opponent in trading has never been the market, never the trend, but the person in the mirror.

Every hesitation when cutting losses, every lucky guess when adding positions, every self-deception after being caught... all of these stem from the same thing—the ability to manage our own desires and fears. The market is there, calm and peaceful. The true tumult is the war within ourselves.

That's so true, it's really about competing with yourself, not with the market trends.

It's so heartbreaking—it's just that I can't control my greedy heart... I always think I've understood, but then I turn around and fall into a trap again. The real enemy is indeed myself. When it comes to cutting losses, I keep thinking "just a little longer," and when adding positions, I think "this time is different"... These thoughts can really torment a person to death.

ngl, this whole "the real enemy is yourself" thing is just cope for poor position sizing and no risk management framework. technically speaking, if you actually analyzed your transaction history with data, you'd see the problem isn't psychological—it's demonstrably sub-optimal entry/exit logic. most traders just don't optimize their algo parameters, that's it.

Haha, you're back to this kind of motivational talk again, but to be honest, it really hits the mark. The real enemy is your own greedy heart. You don't even dare to cut your losses, yet you still want to make big money. I just want to ask one question: who can truly control their desires? Anyway, I can't.
