Privacy-focused DeFi protocols frequently fail, and the core issue is often not the functionality itself, but those cumbersome operational processes. Users just want a simple experience, but as soon as they enter the project, they face a bunch of hassles: switching to unfamiliar underlying chains, cross-asset exchanges, changing wallets, continuous signing and authorization... These operations cause users to give up immediately.

The real turning point lies in the details. Take the commonly used DEX on Arbitrum as an example, many users stumble at this stage. A process that should be smooth becomes a signal of user discouragement due to poor experience design. That's why some feature-rich protocols don't last long — it's not that the product isn't strong enough, but that users haven't had a chance to feel the value before being overwhelmed by the process.

Really getting annoyed, a bunch of authorization processes just drive people away. No matter how good the product is, it's useless.

Oh no, that really hits home. A bunch of authorization signatures, and I just closed the page directly.

A bunch of authorization signatures is really amazing. How could someone design it like this?
