my shorts keep getting liquidated while the market keeps climbing—what's going on here? starting to wonder if we're reading this cycle all wrong. how deep into this bear market are we really? some days it feels like we've already hit bottom and nobody told me. or are we still digging? the price action doesn't match what i thought would happen. maybe the bear cycle is shorter than we anticipated, or maybe the bottom's closer than the pessimists think.

Shorts getting squeezed is a sign to learn to respect the market. Don't always try to probe the bottom; you'll end up hitting the top.

Short sellers keep getting beaten up, it's really frustrating. I truly misread this market trend.
