This moment is critical.

The US banking system has been officially authorized to provide comprehensive services for Bitcoin and crypto asset clients—custody, trading, product development, with regulatory concerns essentially eliminated. This sounds like news, but what does it actually represent?

The "compliance risk wall" that once stood between traditional capital and the crypto world has now been dismantled. The friction costs of capital flow have sharply decreased. Bank balance sheets, institutional funds, compliance infrastructure—these massive pools of capital that were once on the sidelines now have clear action plans. This is not speculation; it is a real infrastructure-level transformation happening now.

When obstacles are removed, the market's response is straightforward: re-pricing.

In the long run, this means Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies are being integrated into the global mainstream financial clearing and custody networks. The channels for institutional capital inflows are now fully open. But this also raises an interesting question—

For traditional capital accustomed to fiat currency valuation, strict audits, and risk control, once they enter the highly volatile crypto world, what will they rely on to manage risk, measure value, and find short-term "docking points"?

They need more than speculative tools; they need crypto-native infrastructure that meets the robustness requirements of traditional finance. Transparent, reliable, and fully backed stablecoins happen to be a key link connecting the two worlds. This may be the true deep impact of this wave of policy changes.
