Imagine if the identity verification layer were truly integrated into the Web3 ecosystem, how much would our user experience improve?
The first few scenarios that come to mind: a unified KYC verification, multiple cards and digital bank accounts sharing the same credentials. No more re-uploading ID cards, passports, and bank statements just to open a new account. Currently, each platform requires going through the process again, which not only wastes time but also causes privacy data to scatter everywhere.
If we could manage this through a unified identity layer, enabling one-time verification for multiple platforms, how much would that enhance user experience? Especially for those who frequently switch between multiple neobanks and exchanges, this is an absolute necessity. This cross-platform identity interoperability is precisely the core issue that Web3 infrastructure should address.

Listen up, it's easy to say but hard to do. Verifying privacy data just once and opening everything? I'm more worried about who will protect this unified identity layer from being hacked.

Honestly, if this identity layer could be implemented, I would believe it. Right now, it still feels like just pie in the sky.
