The ups and downs of the crypto market are actually like a mirror. What it reflects is often not just the numerical changes in coin prices, but your true mindset as an investor.

Whether you can stay calm amid volatility and stick to your beliefs is the real test. Market fluctuations will constantly challenge you—how deep is your patience, and how well do you understand this market? Those who can remain calm and hold their positions during a decline, compared to those driven by fear, often end up with very different results.

So, instead of obsessing over short-term price fluctuations, ask yourself: Is my conviction strong enough?

It sounds good, but who can stay calm when it really gets cut in half? Mindset is something that must be tested with real gold and silver. No matter how firm your belief is, you can't withstand the despair of losing one-third of your principal.

Well said, mindset really is everything. What happened to those who couldn't endure the downturn? Faith is easy to talk about but hard to maintain. I'm just asking, can you really hold on? Fear during the dip, greed during the rise—can this cycle be broken?

To be honest, I'm the kind of person who panics whenever there's a drop. Haha, it's uncomfortable.

It sounds good, but who can stay calm when it really gets cut in half? Having a firm belief requires capital to support it. Mindset is one aspect, but luck also plays a role, doesn't it? I just want to ask, what is the cost of this belief? After saying so much, isn't it all about who bets on the right direction? Staying calm during holding positions? I think most just don't have the money to cut losses. How come sometimes it's so hard to distinguish between firm belief and being stuck in a trap?

That's so true, mindset really is everything. During a sharp decline, those panicking to sell are all newbies. Faith is something that's easy to talk about but hard to practice. I'm the type to get scared and run away, and I regret it to death. The mirror describes it vividly, it really hits home. Stay calm, don't move, and you'll win. A decline is a signal to get in, why are some people still cutting losses? My belief is that I have no belief, just relying on luck. Ten years in the crypto world, the hardest thing to cultivate is the mindset. Staying calm amidst volatility? Ha, easy to say but hard to do.
