Hilbert Group acquires Enigma Nordic high-frequency trading platform for $32 million

According to sources from HaShiChain, Hilbert Group announced the acquisition of the high-frequency trading platform Enigma Nordic for $32 million, aiming to provide institutional investors with systematic cryptocurrency products and planning to integrate Enigma's platform into its hedge fund offerings. Enigma's proprietary platform employs data-driven market-neutral strategies, operating based on real-time price inefficiencies in global digital asset markets. Its quantitative strategies have generated outstanding risk-adjusted returns, with a Sharpe ratio exceeding 3.0, which is extremely rare among scalable global market-neutral digital asset strategies. By 2025, Enigma's trading volume has exceeded 50 billion Swedish kronor (approximately $5.4 billion).
