Some projects' whitepapers look like they were hastily thrown together, with disorganized team info, purely driven by emotional hype to pump the price. In contrast, projects like TAO and ASTER, which have real technology, remain inactive. This is a typical bear market tactic—fooling newbies into catching the last wave.
