Life boils down to this—you're always facing that fork in the road. Good or evil. Sounds simple until you're actually standing there.
Most people I've seen? They pick the wrong path. Not because they're born rotten, but because they hit a wall. Either the skill just isn't there to play this game straight, or greed whispers a little too loud. Hard to resist when you're drowning and someone throws you a rope, even if it's attached to something dark.
But me? I made a promise to God years ago. That part of me doesn't change, no matter how many times the world tests it.

Ngl, it sounds like setting a flag for yourself, just waiting to get slapped in the face by reality.

It's easy to say nice things, but when it comes to a dead end, one still has to bow their head.

You're absolutely right, everyone will compromise in times of despair.

Simply put, reality is not that black and white.

To be honest, the dualism of good and evil sounds sophisticated, but in reality, things are not so black and white...
People are forced to change; I believe in that.
Promises are easy to make but hard to keep, especially when life slaps you in the face.
So what tests has your promise really gone through?
