I deleted all the market apps on my phone, and instead, I'm earning more and more.

At this time last year, my phone screen was filled with market apps. Alerts for price fluctuations at three in the morning, alarms before the market opens, urgent notifications during abnormal volatility—I thought this was what a trader's life should be like.

Later I realized that relying on speed alone could not win against those professional teams that monitor the market 24 hours a day. So I gave up, and instead, I multiplied my investment by eight times in a year.

My method sounds like a joke: find a few fundamentally solid cryptocurrencies, set your psychological price point, and then turn off the software. It's that simple.

Last year, I bought a token at $0.35. For the next eight months, it basically didn't move. During that time, the crypto circle was buzzing every day — this coin doubled, that project skyrocketed, and everyone in the group laughed at me as the "Buddha-style trader." I still didn't budge.

By March this year, it suddenly started. It soared to $3.2. I sold in three batches and quietly achieved a twenty-fold return.

What about those who once mocked me? Most of them are still worrying about chasing high orders.

There is a reality in the crypto market: people who trade frequently often perform worse than those who simply hold Bitcoin. That's how the market works; it punishes speculators and rewards patient holders. This is not a moral issue; the data speaks for itself.
