#大户持仓动态 Common phenomena in trading: Most people lose money as soon as they enter the market, and the root cause is not luck, but mindset and methods. Treating "getting rich quickly" as the only goal leads to treating "gambling" as the means to achieve it—this combination makes losses inevitable.

My account started with 2000U and has now consistently stayed above 1 million U. I'm not saying this to brag, but just to let you know: this path is achievable, but you must change your mindset.

**What is the key transition?**

I never ask "How much can I make this time?" I only ask "Should I get in this time?" This seemingly simple shift determines the entire course of my trading career. True account growth doesn’t come from one or two big market moves; it starts with learning to "not trade" and snowballing from there. No matter how enticing the market of $ZEC is, if you don’t understand it, don’t touch it—this discipline is much more important than you think.

**How did I do it?**

*Phase One (2000U): Position Management Practice*
Divide the principal into 5 parts, each operating with 400U separately. Each trade must set stop-loss and take-profit, without exception. Do not chase trades, do not hold against the trend, do not gamble against the market, only take opportunities that you understand. The goal at this stage is not to make money, but to find your own trading rhythm.

*Phase Two (Account to 10,000U): Profit Addition*
Each position should be controlled at about 25% of the total capital. When the market moves in the right direction, I increase my position in batches to capture the golden range during the mid-phase of the trend. This is crucial—adding to a position is not about greed, but about actively following up after confirming the trend.

*Third Stage (Account exceeds 200,000): Regularly lock in profits for withdrawal*
Every week, I withdraw a portion of the profits. Not because I'm afraid of losses, but to give myself a psychological constraint—to prevent overconfidence when the account is in floating profit. Stable growth may not seem so exciting, but it is the biggest "windfall."

**Why are so many people getting liquidated?**

·Position management is chaotic, with no position planning.
·Never set a stop loss, a single loss is like a deep abyss.
·Saw the right direction, but got liquidated in the anti-order.

I have seen too many people fall into these three pitfalls. Actually, they can all be avoided.

**A real case**

A fan followed this methodology for three months, growing from 1000U to 20,000U. The day before yesterday, he withdrew his funds and was so excited that he called me for nearly two hours at midnight. Watching his growth trajectory, that feeling is indeed different. He has changed not just the numbers in his account, but also his understanding of the essence of trading.

The volatility of the cryptocurrency market is indeed high, but the volatility itself is not the risk—losing control is. If you are still operating blindly, why not stop and try this framework.

It's easy to talk well, but the key is whether it can really be executed properly...

That's right, but most people can't really do it, this mindset thing.

You're right, discipline is truly the dividing line for survival in trading, there is no exception.

ah yes, the classic "2k to 1m" narrative... *checks historical data* remarkably similar to every bull run success story right before the capitulation phase kicks in. funny how position sizing discipline suddenly becomes sexy when charts go up, then everyone forgets about it the moment we see a 30% daily dump. history really does rhyme, doesn't it.
