Recently, the market data has shown a strange calmness. Ethereum has been oscillating repeatedly at this level, lacking a clear sense of direction, but this state of balance often indicates that the market is about to make a big move.

From a technical perspective, the trend signals are leaning towards caution. The first key support level is around the double bottom area near 2720. If this defense line is breached, a further decline below 2600 is also possible. Such rapid adjustments are often accompanied by liquidity withdrawal and panic selling.

In such an environment, an old but often overlooked question comes to the surface: Is the stablecoin you hold secure enough?

Centralized stablecoins, while convenient, carry systemic risk under extreme market pressure. In contrast, the decentralized over-collateralized stablecoin model exhibits different characteristics. Taking USDD as an example, the operational logic of this type of stablecoin is based on transparent on-chain multi-asset collateral (such as BTC, TRX and other hard assets), where each unit is over-collateralized and theoretically will not lose its peg due to market fluctuations.

The differences are as follows: first, the stability of value anchoring - regardless of market fluctuations, 1 unit always corresponds to the value of 1 dollar; second, transparency - all collateral assets can be verified on-chain, without black box operations; third, an architecture without single points of failure - it does not rely on the credit endorsement of any centralized institution.

When the waterfall really comes crashing down, those who hold such assets can execute bottom-fishing strategies more calmly. While others blindly sell in a panic, you can calmly lay out your plans with well-prepared ammunition, which is the advantage brought by cognition.

Market adjustments will come sooner or later; the question is, are your response plans ready?

It's pushing USDD again, come on, by the way, during the stablecoin depeg last time, no one escaped, no amount of "on-chain transparency" can stop the panic sell-off.
