Caught in the emotion trap, or reading the chart signals?
Two paths when the market gets wild: chase the sentiment swings and get swept up in the hype, or stick to what the bars are actually telling you. Most traders pick the first one—and wonder why they're underwater.
The difference between noise and signal isn't complicated. It's discipline.

I’ve been emotionally kidnapped again, looking at charts and everything is just a lie, to put it bluntly, it still depends on luck.

Discipline is easy to talk about, but when the market is volatile... emotions can still sweep you out of the game.

Most people just like to play people for suckers, they have to wait until they get liquidated to know how to read Candlesticks...

Discipline sounds simple, but it's really fucking hard to practice. I've seen too many people get taken down by their emotions.

To be honest, most people are driven by emotions, and so was I... I was played people for suckers several times before I understood this truth.

You are right, self-discipline is the hardest thing. I have seen too many people glued to the screen until they are dizzy, and as a result, they are completely led by their emotions, starting to go all in without even clearly understanding the charts.
