Recently, things have been mediocre; I keep thinking about the situation and then I get trapped, not much happening.

Set a few rules for yourself, let's encourage each other.
1. After reaching the first take-profit level, either secure your capital or reduce your position (it is absolutely not allowed to be in a trapped situation).
2. Intraday orders are processed within the day, without thinking about the patterns or anything else, and do not speculate on the market conditions for the next day.
3. Position can be controlled, try not to increase the position (consider exiting directly if you add to your position and it returns to break-even, better not to earn than to be trapped).
