The operational logic of the ASTER project is worth sorting out. The team here has a background in domestic development, supported by VC, and the advisory lineup includes CZ, being directly integrated into the BNB ecosystem, which indeed provides a lot of room for imagination.

From the perspective of holder benefits, ASTER's approach is somewhat different. When prices are declining, it immediately launches a trading incentive of 12 million, frequently airdropping to users and holders — this logic is much more transparent compared to some projects that only aim to exploit investors.

The initial total supply of 8 billion seems large at first glance, but it depends on the subsequent release mechanism. The subsequent tokens of ASTER will all be released through unlocking + airdrop methods, and this part of the airdrop goes directly to holders and users, not piled up for the development team. Theoretically, those who receive the airdrop may sell, but due to high dispersion, it won't lead to concentrated dumping. In contrast, in some projects, a large portion of the unlocked tokens is given to the developers + funding pool, with developers holding heavy stakes, leading to immediate dumping risks if the project deteriorates.

In terms of token economics, ASTER conducts monthly buybacks, with 50% of the buybacks used for destruction, which constructs a deflationary model. The longer you hold, the theoretically higher the relative value. UNI can vote to destroy 100 million tokens and continue to destroy, while $ETH is still infinitely issued, yet it hasn't affected its ecological status. ASTER can also take the path of centralized destruction through voting, and from this perspective, the logic is coherent.

From a security perspective, the built-in BNB directly siphons off the user base, and this benefit is indeed maximized. It certainly doesn't seem like a setting that would lead to a zero.
