The account is now 280U, starting from 350U at the beginning of the month. Recently, in this wave of operations, I lost 100U in one go.
A couple of days ago, things were going pretty well. I made 1U on Thursday and Friday each, thinking that this steady operation was not bad. As a result, I got a little too excited and wanted to go for a big win, insisting on making 100U. So, I started shorting Bitcoin.
I originally thought that the market would continue to drop when it opened on Monday morning, but the trend reversed, and the coin price kept rising. The worst part is that I added to my position at the lowest point, and it went from a small profit to a huge loss. 100U just disappeared like that.
These past few days have been a repetitive cycle: either it's about cutting losses and still wanting to win, resulting in huge losses; or it's about making 1U and then suddenly wanting to make 100U, leading to more significant losses. Being greedy once brings me back to square one. It seems that I still need to work on my trading psychology.
