Ghana has legalized the use of Crypto Assets through legislation.

[Ghana Legalizes Cryptocurrency Use Through Legislation] According to Bloomberg, the Ghanaian Parliament has approved a bill legalizing cryptocurrency, aimed at addressing the issue of the expanding use of Crypto Assets in the country without regulation. According to Bank of Ghana Governor Johnson Asiamah, the newly passed Virtual Asset Service Provider Act will promote the licensing distribution of encryption platforms and the regulation of related activities. According to previous news, the Governor of the Bank of Ghana: the regulatory laws for Crypto Assets will be introduced by the end of 2025.
