I understand this trap of memes very well. It sounds nice to say it's ecological heat, but in fact, it's just following the trend and catching a falling knife... However, the Rebound of ETH has indeed given these coins a chance to breathe. I checked the on-chain data again this morning, and there are indeed a few new projects gaining heat.
