LUNC, as the native Token of Terra Classic, has been taken over by community forces after the ecological collapse in 2022. The core challenge now is: how to climb out of the mire of tens of trillions of Tokens and rebuild market confidence.
The deflationary strategy currently implemented by the community is indeed aggressive. The 1.2% on-chain transaction burn tax is permanently destroyed, and mainstream exchanges are also following suit by using a portion of transaction fees to burn coins. This mechanism has already burned over 40 billion LUNC to date. The long-term goal is even more ambitious: to cut the total supply from the current 6.48 trillion coins down to 10 billion coins. Compared to the ridiculous supply in the early stages, there is still a long way to go, but the direction is clear.
On-chain governance has also been quite active. Through token staking, coin holders participate directly in decision-making. Recent upgrades have included the removal of some modules that posed security risks, and progress has been made to version v3.5.0 to restart market functions. The IBC connection of the Cosmos ecosystem is also in the restoration plan, which will bring new possibilities for liquidity.
From a technical perspective, the current key buying range is between $0.00003200 and $0.00003800. If it can hold steady, the subsequent target levels are set at $0.00006000, $0.00010000, and $0.00016000, respectively. The stop loss should be placed below $0.00002800 to control risk. The core of the entire logic is: deflation is indeed taking place, governance is indeed advancing, and the ecosystem is indeed being repaired. Whether these tangible actions can ultimately be recognized by the market is the key going forward.

400 billion pieces have been burned, and it will take until the year of the monkey and horse to see results. Is this really not just a pipe dream?

Burning coins until the end of time will eventually yield results, from 64.8 trillion down to 10 billion, this will take forever... However, seeing that 400 billion coins are gone is indeed a more pleasant sight.

To be honest, LUNC's operation of climbing back from the brink of death is quite impressive. Burning 400 billion coins is no small number... But that target of 10 billion, it will take ages to reach that, I really can't calculate how many years it would take.

Burning 400 billion coins sounds great, but cutting 6.48 trillion down to 10 billion... that's going to take forever, really can it last?

400 billion coins burned is still just a drop in the bucket; this will take until the year of the monkey or the horse.
