ICP is currently in a shallow consolidation state, with the price hovering around 3.00. Take a look at this position - it has just fallen below the 7-hour moving average (around 3.008), while the 25-hour moving average is right below (around 2.996), but still below the 99-hour moving average (around 3.056). The overall situation is mixed and somewhat weak, not very clear.
If it can break through the 3.056-3.10 resistance zone of the 99-hour moving average, the upside space will open up. Looking upwards, there is an opportunity in the 3.20-3.49 range, with the historical high around 3.494. Conversely, if it is to fall, the recent support is at 2.98-2.95, and below that is the stronger support level at 2.749.
However, it's important to pay attention to the trading volume. There was a significant increase in volume earlier, and now it's shrinking. Want to continue rising? We must see a breakthrough of the 99-hour moving average accompanied by strong trading volume; that would be credible. A price breakthrough without volume can easily result in a pullback.

The 99-hour moving average is just a paper tiger; the key is whether the volume can cooperate. The shrinking trading volume right now is really frustrating.
If the volume can't pick up, don't expect to break 3.056; it will drop anyway soon.
Talking about the all-time high of 3.494 every day feels like it's far away.
Can the 2.749 defense line hold? I'm a bit worried it might drop straight through.
Breaking a level requires volume to support it; otherwise, you'll be easily taken out.
Now it's just waiting to see if 3.10 can truly stabilize; this is the watershed.

If the volume doesn't keep up, it's just a false breakout. This wave of ICP looks like it's just testing the waters; it's really not interesting.

Still trying to hold a position here, ICP... The volume has shrunk, and it still wants to break through. Dream on?

Has ICP already fallen to the basement level, and will it fall further?

The lack of volume increase is just a false breakout. For ICP, we still need to see if the trading volume can be strong enough.

volume's been drying up tho... classic fake-out setup tbh. price breaks the 99h and nobody's backing it? that's just asking to get rekt lmao

ICP's recent consolidation is really annoying. The volume has shrunk, and it still wants to go up? Dream on. It must break the 99-hour moving average and do so with volume; otherwise, a mere price breakout is just a false alarm.

The current contraction wave looks suspicious; price breakthroughs are all fake.
