On December 30th, DeBot officially released an update regarding the theft incident. The cause of the incident was due to data leakage of some user wallet information during data center expansion and migration. The team promptly isolated the affected users’ assets, but some users continued to use their previous wallet addresses. On December 27th, hackers successfully cracked the leaked data and began transferring assets, resulting in approximately $250,000 in losses. Compensation claims have now been fully distributed.
