Here we go again, with the same story about the upgrade cycle. Last time, it was promised that the London upgrade would save the market, but what happened? My halved withdrawal card is still crying. The "finalized" date in February? Laughable. I bet five cents this will be delayed again, and in the end, it's still us old hands who get the short end of the stick.

It's time for another upgrade cycle. Will it be another false alarm this time? EIPs started being submitted in January, but it still depends on how the core developers argue in February.
