Ethereum's BOP2 upgrade is now live for blobspace. The protocol parameters have been adjusted with the new target set at 14 and maximum increased to 21. These changes optimize blob storage and transaction throughput on the network, continuing Ethereum's evolution toward enhanced scalability and efficiency.

bop2's adjustment this time is really quite aggressive, spanning from 14 to 21... but it's ultimately a good thing that blobs can run faster.
