Many people equate event contracts with gambling, but they overlook a key point — perpetual contracts can be liquidated, while event contracts cannot.

Of course, this premise is based on two fundamentals: first, adhering to your trading strategy; second, controlling your hands and avoiding reckless operations.

When your win rate is high, simply steadily increasing your profit multiplier is enough. If your win rate is not ideal? Pause immediately. Your principal and earnings are still in your account, untouched. This is the true fundamental difference.

What is the biggest benefit? You no longer have to stare at the screen all day and stay up late, nor will you suddenly receive a liquidation warning email in the middle of the night, keeping your nerves constantly tense. The standard for a good trade is actually very simple — a good trade is one that allows you to sleep peacefully.

On a technical level, the reliability of the 5-minute K-line is also stronger than that of the 10-minute. Choose the right tools, follow discipline, and trading isn’t actually that complicated.

You're right, avoiding liquidation is indeed very effective.

That's right, that perpetual stuff really is a mental torment. I still have to check liquidation emails in the middle of the night, but at least the event contract has the principal there.

It's really hard not to make reckless moves. It's easy to say, but difficult to do... Many people still can't break the bad habit of being impulsive.

Wow, this is exactly what I've been wanting to hear someone say. The perpetual contract system can really drive people crazy.

Really, the most important aspect of event contracts is that the principal is always there. Perpetual players simply can't experience that sense of security.

The core difference has been overlooked, a perpetual liquidation caused a sleepless month, while the event contract sleeps soundly.

Well said. Not getting liquidated is indeed the key difference, but the main thing is really being able to control yourself.

Bro, this is the real realization. Those liquidation emails for perpetual contracts are truly psychological killers.

Not getting liquidated really hit home for me. I still have to monitor the perpetual positions in the middle of the night, which is really exhausting.
