Time rewinds to 2012. If you had 600,000 idle funds in hand, what would your situation be now?
This hypothetical question is very interesting because choosing differently can completely reverse your fate.
What if you had invested everything in Ethereum? Now you would own 1.2 billion. This number is a bit crazy, but it shows the power of early-stage crypto asset allocation.
How does this compare to traditional investment channels? If you invested in Alibaba, 600,000 would have turned into 2.8 million, nearly a 5x increase. Allocating 600,000 to silver now could be worth 1.8 million. It sounds pretty good, but the returns are on a completely different scale compared to Ethereum.
Interestingly, some people also invested in game assets and virtual items. For example, items in a popular game could also see growth from 600,000 to millions. This reflects that in certain ecosystems, scarce assets can indeed preserve and increase value.
What’s the key? Trend judgment. Who in 2012 could see clearly that cryptocurrencies would become part of global asset allocation? Those who could get involved early and hold long-term have now achieved financial freedom. Meanwhile, those who hesitated or diversified excessively might still be satisfied with a few times return.

Damn, I should have gone all-in on ETH in 2012. Now I'm still working here.

I should have just gone all in on ETH in 2012. I'm still working here now.

Honestly, back in 2012, who would dare to go all-in on ETH? You'd have to be incredibly brave. Looking back now, it's been a huge profit, but if you had actually done that back then, you probably would have been rug pulled long ago.

Basically, it's about betting on the right track. The group of people who went all-in in 2012 really made a huge profit.

I should have gone all in on Ethereum earlier; now I'm still working a miserable job.

Honestly, who the hell could see it in 2012? Now even armchair strategists can figure it out in hindsight.
If I had known earlier, I would have gone all-in on ETH, but unfortunately, I didn't have the guts.
But on the other hand, the fact that game items can multiply a hundredfold is also crazy. Assets are assets; as long as they can preserve and increase value, that's fine.
Look at those who坚持持有 (persist in holding); now they are truly free. We these hesitators are still waiting it out.

To be honest, who the hell could have imagined back in 2012? Looking back now, it's all just hindsight.

Honestly, back in 2012, who the hell could see it coming? Everyone was just a armchair strategist afterwards.

Oh no, it's that "what if" story again. Early entrants definitely made a lot of money, but it's a bit late to talk about this now...

I'm a typical late bloomer... In 2012, I was still playing Legend, haha.
If I had known earlier, I would have invested everything in ETH. Now, 1.2 billion is slipping through my fingers.
To be honest, who can truly see through trends in advance? It's all just hindsight after the fact.
