$BTC Yesterday's trading was a bit bumpy. The short positions didn't enter the market, but two long orders did—only to be stopped out because the stop-loss was set too close. However, looking at the 15-minute candlestick chart's closing pattern, the decline wasn't as severe as I had imagined. Later, I adjusted my approach and placed a new long order, deliberately widening the stop-loss and choosing a more reasonable risk-reward ratio. Sometimes trading is like this—taking a small loss and then adjusting the strategy to recover in the next move.

Setting stop-loss too tight is really risky; I often get swept out like that too.

Setting stop-loss too tight indeed makes it easy to get swept; this is a painful lesson.

The stop loss was too tight this time, and I got completely cut. But I adjusted the risk-reward ratio and tried again. That's the right way to open a position.

Setting the stop-loss too close and getting wiped out is really outrageous; this is a painful lesson learned.
